Frequent Questions and Answers

  • We are located At 103 West Main Street in Haskins OH 43425. Main Street runs East and West through town. We are right next to the fire department.

  • We have seating and tables to comfortably seat 75 guests. This leaves ample room to walk around, dance and play as well!

  • There are many off street parking options as well as a parking lot behind Kellermeier heating and cooling and the Park across the tracks.

  • Once the balance is paid in full you will receive via email 24 hours before your event date the code to enter the front door using the electronic keypad.

  • Yes! You may bring in your own food or have it catered to the building. Private events may offer their own guests alcohol and other drinks. You can bring in a bartender or self-serve.

  • We ask our guests to put back the tables and chairs before they leave. Take out their trash and place trash in the dumpster on the East side of the building. No large trash/boxes left inside. No need to sweep or mop unless there has been a spill. There is a checklist on the fridge to follow as well. Not doing these things may result in an additional charge of at least $65.

  • our patrons have access to TEN 8’ tables. One 4’ round table and 75 black metal folding chairs.

    We do offer black linen for all tables as an add on option when you book.

  • Table and chair setup, arrangement, and teardown are the responsibility of the renter and their guests. Please allow adequate time within your rental period for setup, decorating, cleanup, and returning all tables and chairs to their original location.
